Mary Cordo, President and CEO, founded CURE Staffing in 2007, adding CURE, the Executive Edge in 2015. On the frontlines of healthcare leadership expertise for decades, CURE was awarded the distinction of a Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State and City of New York.

Mary Cordo, Founder and CEO, and certified WBE, is a leading provider of innovative, intuitive supplemental healthcare staffing and workforce solutions across the nation.

Her motto for success has always been to – Partner. Deliver. Exceed. She began her career in the healthcare staffing arena as a Staffing Coordinator, working her way up to Business Development Manager, Vice President, and then Founder/Owner. Mary is responsible for the startup of three other healthcare staffing firms still in existence today.

Mary always anticipates where the market is and where it is going! She is always there to make sure that supply meets the demand.

Mary’s clients had higher-level leadership roles that inspired her to evolve and create an Executive Search division: Cure, The Executive Edge, in 2015.

Mary continues to serve clients from large hospital systems, clinics, corporations, community care organizations, FQHCs, and schools with healthcare staffing at a moment’s notice, as well as interim, contingency, and retained executive searches.
